Remove product build-up for a better blow dry!

We know that there’s no better way to a great hair care routine than with a clean canvas….and that’s why we created Deep Cleansing Shampoo for your salon! In order for any hair care product to perform well, we recommend a clean start. Once you’ve deep cleansed, whatever hair products you use in salon will perform to the best of their ability when your client’s hair is free from daily grime, toxins, styling products and other residue. Did you know that removing product build-up from your client’s hair makes it easier for you to get the best salon results possible in terms of both colouring and cutting performance? Cleansing your client’s hair and scalp to remove products (especially dry shampoo) will allow the colouring process to be more even and effective. Using Deep Cleansing Shampoo when needed will also make drying and styling your client’s hair much easier. By removing residue build-up in the hair, you’ll find that your client’s hair sits and behaves better too. Residue, toxins and dirty hair in general will cause a client’s hair to sit flat and behave lifeless. We can guarantee that both you and your client’s will be blown away by the improved results!

Stimulate new hair growth.

Did you know that scalp care, and in particular massaging the scalp, stimulates the hair follicle and the blood vessels beneath the skin to encourage new hair growth? MUVO’s silicon Scalp Brush is the ultimate tool to achieve this and the perfect accessory to assist MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo. With an adequate amount of pressure and massaging over your client’s scalp whilst shampooing with Deep Cleansing Shampoo, you’ll not only achieve the deepest of cleanse but also regenerate new hair growth. New hair growth can be difficult for client’s who struggle with finer hair and hormonal issues so if this is the case, we absolutely recommend our Scalp Brush and Deep Cleansing Shampoo as a dynamic duo!

What client’s should I use Deep Cleansing Shampoo on?

In a nutshell most people can use Deep Cleansing Shampoo. It’s perfect for client’s with fine, limp, oily, thinning hair or those who experience hormonal issues. Deep Cleansing Shampoo assists in giving them volume and addresses oiliness and scalp issues. It’s also great for removing any of the temporary MUVO coloured shampoos from their hair. Whether it’s to remove hairspray or dry shampoo, Deep Cleansing Shampoo is an essential tool for your salon.

How to use Deep Cleanse Shampoo.

Knowing the application and usage of Deep Cleansing Shampoo is vital in order to encourage new hair growth and stimulate the scalp. Starting at the back of your client’s scalp, massage in and work towards the front of the scalp. We recommend starting at the nape or back of the neck because this is where their hair will accumulate the most build-up and oils. Repeat the process again if necessary. TIP: The first application of Deep Cleansing Shampoo is to remove product, the second shampoo is to clean and stimulate your client’s hair and scalp. Condition with any MUVO Conditioner. As mentioned above, Deep Cleansing Shampoo is best paired with MUVO’s silicon Scalp Brush to provide the ultimate scalp massage and stimulate blood flow to encourage new hair growth.

How often should my client use Deep Cleanse Shampoo?

The frequency and use of MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo depends on a few things; how oily your client’s hair gets naturally, their product use and what sort of colour they have. Some clients are frequent and heavy-handed users of styling products. If this is the case, we suggest they use Deep Cleansing Shampoo maybe once or twice a week. Those with short hair and using heavier styling products can feel free to use MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo every wash. We recommend that your naturally oily haired clients also use MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo once or twice a week. After a few weeks of use, they will observe that the oiliness will level out and they will start to experience a rebalanced scalp. MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo was designed to reset or remove any of the MUVO coloured shampoos when your clients are ready to return to their original hair colour. MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo clarifies to remove temporary colour but will not remove permanent, demi or semi colours. We always recommend caution is taken when using Deep Cleansing Shampoo on semi-permanent colours because some hair doesn’t accept semis well and can therefore be removed more easily.

Wild Orange Leaf Extract. Why do we love it?

Native Australian Wild Orange cellular extract delivers natural molecules for hair care, including amino acids, benzoic acid and phenolics. What this means for hair care is a powerful combination of antioxidants to protect hair and scalp from damage, to repair damaged hair and promote healthy hair and scalp. We selected Wild Orange Leaf Extract for MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo for all the above-mentioned reasons – but most of all, Wild Orange is a powerful cleanser and purifying agent which helps to protect your client’s hair against UV and heat, adds hydration, is conditioning and wound healing for the scalp.
